The method comprises the following steps: periodically applying a fixed high-frequency AC voltage through DCDC to excite an electric pile of a fuel cell, so as to measure the high-frequency impedance of the electric pile; judging whether the high-frequency impedance is greater than a film dry threshold; and if the pressure value is greater than the membrane dry threshold value, judging that the fuel cell is in a membrane dry state, otherwise, collecting the pressure value of the reaction gas of the fuel cell, and judging that the fuel cell is in a flooding state when the pressure value is greater than the flooding threshold value so as to monitor the current state of the fuel cell on line.
