Abstract

The invention discloses a tooth resistance center positioning method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) modeling teeth and alveolar bones according to oral cavity CBCT data of a patient; 2) determining a tooth body long axis of each tooth, wherein the tooth body long axis is a directed straight line passing through the tooth crown center and the tooth root center of the tooth; 3) calculating the real tooth root length of each tooth, wherein the real tooth root length is the length of the intersection part of the tooth root model and the alveolar bone model in the long-axis projection direction of the tooth body; and 4) calculating the resistance center of the teeth. According to the method, the tooth root length and the alveolar bone height of the patient are combined, the accurate and effective tooth root length is obtained, then the accurate three-dimensional position of the resistance center is determined, and more personalized resistance center positioning is determined according to the root and bone conditions of the patient. The algorithm is high in automation, high in accuracy and good in repeatability.
