The method mainly comprises six steps of building a manufacturing workshop AGV digital twinborn model, building an AGV scheduling model, generating an initial scheduling scheme, simulating and verifying the scheduling scheme based on the digital twinborn model, predicting AGV availability based on a dynamic energy consumption model, and performing charging scheduling. A digital twinning technology is applied to the field of AGV scheduling, a data model for accurately describing AGV energy consumption characteristics is established by utilizing virtual and real data interaction characteristics in the digital twinning technology, and knowledge support is provided for generation of a scheduling scheme. Generation of an AGV scheduling scheme is divided into a task scheduling stage and a charging scheduling stage by considering dynamic scheduling based on digital twinning, so that the scheduling scheme is ensured to be more practical. The digital twinning technology can also perform simulation verification on the generated scheduling scheme, so that the scheduling scheme can meet the requirements of order tasks.
