Problems solved by technology

On the one hand, the small number of training data sets prevents the accuracy of the person re-identification method from being further improved
On the other hand, even combining a small number of training data sets may not necessarily form a positive contribution in the training, which hinders the further practical application of pedestrian re-identification technology

Abstract

The invention provides a pedestrian re-identification method and device based on knowledge distillation, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the pedestrian re-identification of to-be-identified image data based on a trained pedestrian re-identification model, and obtaining a pedestrian re-identification result; obtaining first output data based on a data training set and a preset teacher model set corresponding to the data training set; training a neural network based on the data training set to obtain a student model and second output data output by a student model; calculating a loss function of the student model based on the first output data, the second output data and a discriminator network; and adjusting model parameters of the student model to minimize the loss function, and obtaining the trained pedestrian re-identification model. According to the invention, the pedestrian re-identification model is trained based on a learning method of a cross-domain data set and knowledge distillation, so that the accuracy of pedestrian re-identification is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of image processing, in particular to a knowledge distillation-based pedestrian re-identification method, device, equipment and storage medium. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of society and technology, face recognition has increasingly become a reliable security technology. However, for most of the current cameras, the resolution often cannot meet the requirements of the face recognition system, so the pedestrian re-identification technology that can be applied to the existing monitoring system is extremely necessary. Person re-identification (Person re-identification) is to use image processing technology to determine whether a pedestrian under a certain camera appears in other cameras, so as to describe the pedestrian's activity path and achieve the purpose of cross-camera tracking. At present, the commonly used methods of person re-identification mainly include representation ...
