Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a process for producing hydrogen by deoxidizing mixed gas of blast furnace coal gas and converter coal gas. The process comprises the following steps: 1) mixing blast furnace coal gas and converter coal gas in a coal gas cabinet; 2) compressing the mixed coal gas into a pressure stabilizing tank through a compressor; 3) heating the pressurized mixed gas, feeding the heated mixed gas into an oxygen content adjusting tower, and adjusting the oxygen content; 4) carrying out organic sulfur hydrolysis conversion on the mixed gas with the adjusted oxygen content; 5) adjusting the ratio of water vapor to gas in the mixed gas obtained by organic sulfur hydrolysis through a gas-vapor blending device; and 6) feeding the mixed gas with the water vapor content adjusted into a CO conversion device, and reacting to generate CO2 and H2. According to the invention, mixed gas is subjected to oxygen content adjustment, organic sulfur conversion and gas-vapor adjustment, so that the service lives of an organic sulfur conversion catalyst and a shift catalyst are greatly prolonged, a multi-stage reaction device required by CO shift is simplified, and CO in the mixed gas can be effectively converted into hydrogen through one-time reaction under the action of the shift catalyst.
