According to the system, the centering detection mechanism is directly connected with a production line in a butt joint mode, and synchronous operation of the descaling system and the production line is achieved; and meanwhile the upper descaling mechanism, the lower descaling mechanism and the side descaling mechanism are arranged to remove oxide scales on the surfaces of heavy special-shaped continuous casting billets on the continuous casting machine roller way conveying line one by one, dislocation installation of the descaling mechanisms and on-line automatic adjustment of the descaling mechanisms are ingeniously utilized, and the purpose of removing oxide scales on the surfaces of casting blanks with misaligned positions and different heights and widths is achieved.
