Abstract

The invention provides a multilayer ceramic capacitor with improved moisture resistance. This laminated ceramic capacitor (1) is provided with: a laminated body (2) in which dielectric layers (14) and internal electrode layers (15) are alternately laminated; base electrode layers (30) that are respectively disposed on both end surfaces of the laminate (2) in the longitudinal direction (L) intersecting the lamination direction (T), are connected to the internal electrode layers (15), and contain glass and copper; and a plating layer (31) disposed on the outside of the base electrode layer (30), in which a protective layer (33) containing sulfur is formed between the glass included in the base electrode layer (30) and the plating layer (31).
