A machine for producing paper beverage stirring spoons or sticks, comprising: a paper feed table (2, 12); processing tables (3, 4, 13, 14, 30) for die cutting the paper from the feed tables (2, 12) and making spoons or bars; a table (5, 15) for removing spoons or rods for removing and separating spoons or rods cut at the processing table (3, 4, 13, 14, 30) from debris; a table for extracting paper debris (6, 16) for eliminating residual debris produced by the processing table (3, 4, 13, 14, 30); a treatment station (7, 17) which, after removal of the debris (6, 16), applies a viscous liquid material based on silicon and hydroxyl groups to the spoon or rod in order to uniformly coat the spoon or rod; and an oven (8, 18) for drying and crystallizing the viscous liquid material and implementing a spoon or rod.
