Abstract

The invention discloses a satellite-borne InSAR atmospheric correction method combined with GACOS, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining an original satellite SAR image, carrying out the co-registration of the original satellite SAR image to a common main image, carrying out the interference processing, obtaining a winding interference image, and finally obtaining an unwound original interference image; then atmospheric correction data of all the images are generated by using a GACOS online service, and initial atmospheric correction is carried out on all the original interference images; recombining all the original interference images subjected to initial atmospheric correction into a plurality of subsets according to SAR images; then, principal component analysis processing is carried out on each subset, principal component components reaching a threshold value in each subset are removed, and then the subsets are restored into interference images; and finally, inputting the reduced interference image into a small baseline set InSAR to carry out time sequence analysis so as to generate an accumulated deformation quantity, a deformation rate and a topographic error.
