Abstract

The invention discloses a rural real estate loss assessment method based on finite element analysis and geographic information. The problem that the accuracy of a flood disaster loss rate curve needs to be improved in the prior art is solved. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, simulating a masonry house flood damage process; step 2, fitting a loss rate curve; step 3, utilizing hydrodynamic software to simulate and determine a flood influence range and submerging water depth; 4, evaluating the value of the houses in the submerged area; and 5, calculating the flood real estate loss. According to the technology, the damage process of masonry houses in rural areas at the downstream of the Yellow River in flood is analyzed through finite element simulation, and a continuous loss rate curve is obtained by fitting loss rate data. Compared with a traditional stepped loss rate curve, the curve takes the relative water depth as an independent variable, can be used for masonry house loss evaluation of different building heights, and has wider applicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of natural disaster assessment calculations, in particular to a method for assessing rural property losses based on finite element analysis and geographic information. Background technique [0002] my country is one of the countries that suffer from the most frequent flood disasters in the world. Flood events are a huge threat to the safety of people's lives and properties [1]. Scientific and reasonable assessment of economic losses caused by floods has become a current research hotspot. Among the various economic losses caused by floods, property losses are one of the most concerned. Rural self-built houses have many problems in terms of construction quality, which makes their own losses in floods much higher than that of urban houses. Most of the current research on rural property loss assessment establishes a property loss rate function based on submerged water depth [2], and the property loss amount is obtained by...
