A first part of the sliding rail is arranged in front of the air inlet area of the outdoor heat exchanger, and a second part is arranged outside the air inlet area of the outdoor heat exchanger; the low-temperature radiator is arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding mode and slides to the corresponding position of the sliding rail according to the working mode. The method comprises the steps that a sliding rail is arranged in front of an outdoor heat exchanger, a first part of the sliding rail is arranged in front of an air inlet area of the outdoor heat exchanger, and a second part is arranged outside the air inlet area of the outdoor heat exchanger; a slidable low-temperature radiator is arranged on the sliding rail; the working mode of the front-end cooling module is determined according to the cooling water temperature and the operation mode of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner; and according to the working mode, the low-temperature radiator slides to the corresponding position of the sliding rail.
