The universal rocket recovery cable system based on the cam shape design is suitable for capturing, decelerating and buffering various types of reusable rockets in the landing stage, and the safety and stability of the recovery landing process of the rockets in the non-ideal landing state can be guaranteed; according to the system, the recovery cable is woven into the capturing frame, the motor is used for driving the capturing frame to actively follow and capture the landing rocket, the landing point deviation range and the landing attitude angle deviation range of the rocket are widened, and the technical requirement for an on-rocket navigation guidance control system is lowered. For a specific landing rocket, the target kinematics characteristic of rocket deceleration buffering can be achieved by modifying the shape of the cam according to the design method. According to the system, different landing rockets can be recovered by adjusting the size of the capturing cable frame and the capability of the deceleration buffer system.
