Problems solved by technology

However, due to the use of least squares fitting, the results may cause the optimization results to be in the original dimension, especially in areas with obvious nonlinear characteristics (that is, local areas with extremely complex data distribution), and the best design results cannot be obtained.

Abstract

The invention relates to a variable-density high-vacuum multi-layer heat insulation structure optimization method based on an agent model. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a sample set through a performance simulation function; a PODGRNN algorithm is adopted to quickly predict the heat flux density of all design parameters, optimal matching under each thickness is screened out and compared with optimal matching in an existing sample set, unevolved optimal matching is removed, only the evolved optimal matching is subjected to high-precision simulation, results are added into the sample set, and the optimal matching in the sample set is simulated. And iteration is carried out in this way until matching under all the thicknesses is optimal. Compared with the prior art, the optimal design result of VD-MLI under multiple thicknesses can be efficiently obtained, high-precision simulation is only carried out on evolved matching in each iteration, the frequency of high-precision simulation can be reduced, and the optimization time is greatly shortened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of low-temperature heat insulation, in particular to a method for optimizing a variable-density high-vacuum multilayer heat-insulation structure based on a surrogate model. Background technique [0002] The long-term storage of cryogenic liquids depends on the high-efficiency thermal insulation of the container, and high-vacuum multi-layer thermal insulation materials are widely used in the main body of the thermal insulation layer. With the large-scale application of liquid hydrogen, especially when it is used as a low-temperature aerospace propellant, it is of great engineering and practical value to reduce the weight of the storage container while ensuring its thermal insulation structural performance. Variable-density multilayer insulation (Variable-Density Multilayer Insulation, referred to as "VD-MLI") can significantly reduce the weight of MLI, while ensuring excellent thermal insulation effect, can b...
