The system comprises a communication protocol used for communication between an upper computer device and a lower computer device; the lower computer device is used for testing a bus communication period when receiving the start monitoring request and sending a test result to the upper computer device in a data packet form; and the upper computer device is used for sending a monitoring starting request, receiving the test result sent by the lower computer device and determining a bus communication period according to the test result.
