According to the preparation method, cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, water, magnetisable fibers and non-magnetisable fibers are adopted as raw materials for preparation; the cement and the magnetisable fibers are added into the coarse aggregate to be mixed into a first mixture, and the fine aggregate and the non-magnetisable fibers are added into the first mixture to obtain a second mixture; and vibrating through a vibrating device capable of generating a magnetic field, so that the magnetisable fibers are rotated and oriented, and the hybrid oriented fiber concrete is obtained. According to the preparation method of the hybrid oriented fiber concrete provided by the invention, the magnetisable fibers and the non-magnetized polymer fibers are doped into the concrete according to a certain proportion, and the hybrid oriented fiber concrete is formed under the action of a magnetic field.
