Abstract

The invention provides a potassium bicarbonate bacteriostatic agent for inhibiting banana fusarium wilt, which is prepared by the following steps: S1, cleaning potatoes, peeling, weighing 200g of potatoes, cutting into small blocks, adding water, boiling, filtering with eight layers of gauze, and heating; s2, adding 15-20g of agar according to actual experiment requirements, and continuously heating, stirring and uniformly mixing; and S3, after the agar is completely dissolved, adding glucose, uniformly stirring, slightly cooling, and supplementing water to 1,000 ml to obtain a mixed solution. According to the invention, PDA containing potassium bicarbonate with five concentrations of 4 mM, 8 mM, 12 mM, 16 mM and 20 mM is respectively used for culturing FocTR4 bacterial blocks, and the growth condition of hyphae is observed after five days; a result shows that compared with a normal PDA value of a control group, potassium bicarbonate potassium reagents with all concentrations have a certain inhibition effect on growth of the FocTR4, and the inhibition effect is stronger along with increase of the concentration of the potassium, which indicates that the inhibition effect of the potassium on the FocTR4 is in positive correlation with the concentration of the potassium.
