The method of adding fragile digital water ink at the encoding end is to change the value of high frequency component of the transformatino coefficient in order to satisfy the prearranged constraint relation. The method of detecting the integrality of the water ink at the decoding end is to detect whether the said value accords with the prearranged constraint relation. The invention can detect the bit error appeared on the head and motion information and the transformation coefficient etc. all coding unit. The invention provides the features of finding out the position of the bit error by the decoding-end timely, increasing the detectable rate, less the image quality loss, offering the refernece for further processing.
