Invention field [0001] The present invention relates to an oral silybin composition with higher bioavailability of silybin, and more specifically to a microemulsion composition containing Carduus marianus extract or silybin. Background of the invention [0002] Silymarin is the main component of Carduus marianus extract, and it is known to have a very excellent protective effect on liver cells from smoking, drinking, overwork, environmental pollution, stress or liver damage drugs. However, due to the low solubility of silymarin in water, its oral administration bioavailability is very low.
