amino acid, deionized water, and a pH adjuster. The matrix is made of
betaine,
matrine,
dipotassium glycyrrhizate, and
dimethyl isosorbide. The preparation method includes mixing the components and then adjusting the pH under negative pressure. During this process, the pH value and
viscosity of the
system are monitored in real time. When the instantaneous
viscosity increases by a set proportion, the dropping rate of the acid adjuster is reduced and a high-speed shearing is initiated simultaneously. This invention utilizes the
hydrogen bonding between specific matrix components to inhibit the
crystallization and
precipitation of herbal ingredients after water
evaporation, improving the stickiness of residues. Simultaneously, by combining rheological feedback and negative pressure shearing technology, it alleviates the foaming and stratification problems of
amino acid surfactant systems during the acid reduction adjustment process.
