Abstract

The present invention is reflected light shield eliminating method for surface measurement of laser displacement sensor. The standard planes are measured in advance to obtain the deviation of the laser displacement sensor before and after rotation around Z-axis. The measurement is performed in specified routes. In the case of no shield, the route number is incremented for the measurement of the next route. When reflected light shield exists, the laser displacement sensor will be turned for 180 deg in the route end and the light point position will be corrected to perform the measurement of the said route.
