Abstract

Extraction of cynanchum bunqei polysaccharide and preparation of its oral tablets pharmaceutics are achieved by: pulverizeing cynanchum bunqei (granular <4mm), Reflux extracting two to three times in 3-10 times alcohol . The extracted liquid is concentrated to recover for other uses. The extracted solid residues was extracted three times in certain ratio 1: 8-20 of materials and water at 80deg.C-100deg.C for 1-3 h, then incorporating the aquatic extracted liquid. The aquatic extracted liquid was concentrated, depositing with alcohol and drying to obtain cynanchum bunqei crude polysaccharide. The aquatic extracted liquid was destarch by enzyming, deproteinizing by chloroform- normal butanol method, depositing with alcohol and drying to get cynanchum bunqei total polysaccharide. The animal testing in vivo and testing in vitro prove that, the polysaccharide and total polysaccharide are capable of preparing pharmaceuticals as componets of immunoregulation fuctions and health-care food such as buccal tablets and oral liquid.
