The invention discloses a textile dye transitional obstruct thermoplastic polyurethane membrane composition and its manufacturing process, which consists of applying the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) compound with the function of obstructing the textile dye form transitting onto the general thermoplastic polyurethane membrane to obstruct the dye to transit onto the membrane surface to pollute the contact materials; and because the thermoplastic polyurethane compound with an obstructing function is added with some metal or metallic oxide powders, those powders evenly disperse in thermoplastic polyurethane, and metallic powders with finite concentration can effectively obstruct the textile dye from transitting, therefore, the invention can effectively solve the apparent transitional phenomenon caused by high-heat weld of the thermoplastic polyurethane membrane with the unfast -color textile.
