When definite time is reached, node becomes 'head of cluster' automatically and broadcasts message, and adjacent nodes adds to the cluster selectively, becoming 'general node'. When time of forming maximal cluster is reached, all nodes of not choosing own role become 'head of cluster' automatically. Thus, entire network is divided into 'head of cluster' and 'general node' so as to form hierarchical management system. Using surplus energy of battery at node, the invention balances load of system. Through correlation parameters of adjusting algorithm, the method guarantees even distributed head of cluster generated. Simulation result shows that number of forced communication between node and base station is reduced; service life of network is prolonged, and efficiency of energy consumption is raised.
