Abstract

The present invention relates to process of preparing imitating gold water without Au, Pt and Rh. The preparation process includes the following steps: 1. preparing color assistant with salts of Ag, Pd and Bi; 2. preparing basic color liquid with the resinate of cheap metals and rare earth metals;3. preparing organic solvent; and 4. mixing the color assistant, the basic color liquid and the organic solvent in the weight ratio of 5-10 to 1.5-5 to 2-5 through stirring at 50 deg.c in a water bath to form the imitating gold water. The present invention is used mainly as the color drawing material for daily used ceramic products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing imitation gold water, in particular to a method for preparing imitation gold water used in ceramic color painting. Background technique [0002] The gold gold water that is used in ceramic color painting contains 6-12% gold, and other is metals such as bismuth, chromium, rhodium, and its shortcoming is to consume a large amount of precious gold. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of preparation method of gold-free imitation gold water, to save precious gold resources. [0004] The technical solution of the present invention is to use base metal and rare earth metal salts instead of gold to prepare imitation gold water without using gold. [0005] The present invention prepares the method for imitation gold water, is characterized in that it adopts following raw material to be made up of following steps: [0006] A prepares the auxiliary color ag...
