Abstract

The invention concerns a brake disc comprising two plates (40), (41) spaced apart from each other and connected together by ventilating blocks (421), (431) distributed in concentric circular rows, whereof a first row of blocks, called outlet row (43), through which air exits the gap between two said plates and a second row, called upstream row (42) upstream of said outlet row along the air flow direction, said blocks (421), (431) being angularly offset from one row to the next. The invention is characterized in that said blocks (421), (431) of said outlet row (43) and of said upstream row (42) are arranged so as to provide between them a first ring (420) wherein the air entering between said plates (40, 41) is compressed, and a second ring (430) wherein the air compressed in said first ring (420) is sucked then evacuated from said gap between said plates (40), (41).
