Abstract

A jewelry holding device with a base, a lower rack, a middle rack, and an upper rack. Each of the three racks has a plurality of jewelry-holding fixtures. The racks are free to rotate with respect to one another so that a user can align the jewelry to his or her liking. Once the desired position is achieved, locking mechanisms are provided which allow the user to lock the three racks together. Portable and wall-mounted variants of the device are also disclosed.
