A body portion formed of a rear panel, a front right panel, and a front left panel has an interior surface and an exterior surface. Left stitching couples the front left panel to the rear panel. A left fabric loop extends interiorly from the left stitching. Right stitching couples the front right panel to the rear panel. A right fabric loop extends exteriorly from the right stitching. A right strap has 45 to 55 percent of its length secured to the front right panel and 45 to 55 percent of its length positioned through the left loop to secure the front right panel in an operative position.
