Abstract
The invention discloses an acrylic resinemulsion for fingerprint-resistant paint and a preparation method thereof. The acrylic resinemulsion for fingerprint-resistant pain is polymerized from the following components in parts by weight:35-40 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5-10 parts of methyl acrylate, 30-35 parts of ethyl methacrylate, 10-15 parts of acrylic acid, 0.1-0.2 part of initiator, 2-4parts of emulsifying agent, 8-12 parts of cosolvent and 150-200 parts of deionized water. The acrylic resinemulsion has the advantages of uniform system, uniform viscosity and favorable ionic stability, and can satisfy the requirement of quick curing without degrading the film-forming properties of the resin. When the fingerprint-resistant paint prepared from the acrylic resin emulsion is coatedon the surface of a galvanized steel sheet, fingerprints can not be attached to the surface, and the paint is environment-friendly.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to an acrylic resin emulsion and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an acrylic resin emulsion for anti-fingerprint paint and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] As a kind of environment-friendly coating, water-based resin is one of the hotspots in the research and development of current coatings. There are three common ways to make resin water-based: (1) making the resin salt-soluble in water (2) using hydrophilic genes such as -OH or ether bonds in the resin skeleton structure to make the resin soluble in water (3) relying on surfactant solubilization And soluble in water. The first two methods are mainly used in the manufacture of water-based coatings, and the latter method is mainly used to manufacture emulsions. Therefore, the first two methods are generally two-component water-based resins, and a certain amount of curing agent, catalyst, etc. must be added to the coating to accelerate the ...
