By adoption of the production method, molecular chain end-capping in an esterification reaction is avoided, and the reaction is performed step by step. In addition, the polyester chip is suitable for solid polymerization. The viscosity of the chip can be largely increased and suitable for processing and production of the polyester industrial yarn. By the flame-retardant processing for the regenerated polyester, the waste material is regenerated, and has a novel function, so that the method has a profound meaning.
