This invention discloses polypeptides or their salts, their preparation methods, and applications, belonging to the field of biotechnology. The polypeptide or its salt according to formula (I) has the following structure: L-methionyl-L-prolyl-D-phenylalanyl-L-arginyl-D-tryptophanyl-L-phenylalanyl-X-L-prolyl-L-valine (I); wherein X is a 4-(aminomethyl)cyclohexane carbonyl group.
