The invention provides a biomarker combination for detecting brain functional diseases. The biomarker combination comprises four
protein markers, namely a
glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), an
interleukin-6 (IL-6), an
interleukin-1beta (IL-1beta) and a
tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha). The combined detection sensitivity of GFAP, IL-6, IL-1beta and TNF-alpha in a training column set can reach 85.26%, the specificity can reach 88.04%, and the area (AUC) under an ROC curve can reach 0.866. When the blood
protein marker combination is used for preparing a
reagent for detecting and evaluating the
brain function of a patient, the
disease diagnosis sensitivity can be improved, and the blood
protein marker combination has the advantages of high specificity, good stability,
rapid detection and the like. The biomarker combination disclosed by the invention can be applied to products for
disease risk prediction, screening, prognosis evaluation,
treatment effect monitoring or relapse monitoring and the like of
brain function related diseases.
