The invention relates to the technical field of
agriculture, and discloses a
microorganism-mineral based
composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The
microorganism-mineral-based
composite material comprises the following components:
iron phosphate powder and dissimilatory
iron reduction microorganisms, wherein the dissimilatory iron reducing microorganisms comprise at least one of
shewanella,
geobacter, desulfurization
vibrio,
clostridium butyricum, geoacidophilus and iron-rich
bacteria. The
microorganism-mineral-based
composite material provided by the invention comprises the mineral component
iron phosphate and dissimilatory
iron reduction microorganisms, and the dissimilatory
iron reduction microorganisms can actively reduce the
iron phosphate which is originally stable in
chemical property and insoluble into Fe (II) with relatively high
solubility, so that the
crystal structure of the iron
phosphate is destroyed; the
phosphate fertilizer can release free PO4 < 3-> which can be absorbed and utilized by plants, the effect of the mineral reduction
dissolution process driven by microorganisms is far better than that of simple addition when minerals or microorganisms are independently used, and an efficient
phosphorus activation mechanism is formed.
