One end of the negative electrode contactor is connected to the negative electrode of a first set starting motor and the negative electrode of a second set starting motor, and the other end is connected to the negative electrode of the first battery pack and the negative electrode of the second battery pack. One end of the positive electrode contactor is connected to the positive electrode of the first set starting motor and the positive electrode of the first battery pack, and the other end is connected to the positive electrode of the second set starting motor and the positive electrode of the second battery pack. The output end of the change-over switch is connected to the control end of the negative electrode contactor and the control end of the positive electrode contactor. When the change-over switch is in the first gear, the negative electrode contactor and the positive electrode contactor are disconnected.
