According to the antiskid rubber gloves disclosed by the invention, rubber particles are arranged on the outer surfaces of the gloves in a processing course of the gloves so as to increase the friction coefficient of the gloves, enhance the catching power of the gloves and largely improve the antiskid effect of the gloves; in addition, the gloves have no special requirement on production moulds and equipment and only the traditional production mould is needed in a production process, therefore the production input is low and the production cost of enterprises can be reduced greatly. The invention discloses a production method of rubber gloves dipped in cotton velvet, comprising the following steps: mixing and dispersing the cotton velvet, water and wetting agents uniformly to prepare cotton velvet solution; adding water to thickening agents to prepare thickening agent solution; adding the cotton velvet solution to the thickening agent solution and dispersing the mixture uniformly to prepare cotton velvet thickening solution; adding titanium white aqueous dispersion to vulcanized latexes and dispersing the mixture uniformly; adding the cotton velvet thickening solution tothe mixed system of titanium white aqueous dispersion and vulcanized latexes and dispersing the mixture uniformly to prepare cotton velvet rubber; producing single-layer rubber gloves on a hand mold,then dipping the rubber gloves in a coagulant, dipping the rubber gloves in the cotton velvet rubber after the coagulant is dry, curling the edges, dipping the rubber gloves in water after drying andthen demolding the rubber gloves; and chloridizing the demolded rubber gloves, vulcanizing the chloridized rubber gloves in water and drying the rubber gloves. The method is simple in production process, avoids velvets from fluttering in the production places and solves the problem of poor dispersibility of the cotton velvets in latexes. The gloves produced by the method are comfortable after being worn, are not easy to shed and simultaneously have heat insulation and sweat absorption functions.
