machine; S3. Starting the heating
machine to heat the probe base, and when the probe base reaches a predetermined state, using the pressing device to press the probe body into the mounting hole to a predetermined depth; S4. After pressing, removing the ultrafine
lithotripsy probe and performing a cooling treatment. The ultrafine lithotripsy probe produced by this
processing method has the advantages of tight
assembly between the probe body and the probe base, low
ultrasonic transmission loss, and the connection between the probe body and the probe base is not easily broken under high-frequency
ultrasonic vibration, resulting in high lithotripsy efficiency.
