This invention provides a medical silicone gel scar patch, comprising an adhesive layer having a circular central adhesive portion. The outer side of the central adhesive portion is surrounded by an outer edge adhesive portion integrally formed with it. An outer edge adhesive portion, also integrally formed with the central adhesive portion, is provided at one end opposite to the central adhesive portion. A silicone gel layer is disposed on the inner side of the central adhesive portion, and a pressure-applying mechanism is provided on the central adhesive portion for pressing the silicone gel layer firmly against the skin. In this invention, the silicone gel layer of the central adhesive portion covers and adheres to the scar, and its perimeter is adhered to the skin through the outer edge adhesive portion and the auxiliary fixation portion, increasing the adhesive area and enabling stable adhesion to the outer side of scars of relatively short length or area, preventing it from easily falling off. The circular design of the central adhesive portion and the auxiliary fixation portion has no sharp corners, avoiding stress concentration caused by frequent friction at sharp corners, thereby reducing the risk of edge lifting.
