The generating set comprises a sunlight reflecting cap, a light-sensitive automatic tracking device, a heat pipe, a thermocouple element, the lens, an optical fiber, a superconductive liquid heat collector, a metal honeycomb efficient heat collector, a heat source storage box, an infrared remote sensor, a storage battery and the like. The invention provides a method for preparing an Sb (V) contaminated site efficient ecological remediation flora from biogas residues. By adding a carbon source and sulfate to the biogas residues, a sulfate-reducing flora in the biogas residues achieves rapid growth, and meanwhile sulfide is generated; and then, antimonate is added to the biogas residues to consume and inhibit the sulfide which grows from the sulfate-reducing flora, due to the existence of the sulfide, the toxicity of the antimonate on the sulfate-reducing flora is also greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the Sb-resistant performance of the cultured sulfate-reducing flora is also improved.
