Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing drier with natural red desmine, which comprises: (1) breaking the natural red desmine into 80-3000 deals, to be surface pre-treated with 1-1.5% hydrochloric acid or oil of vitriol, and be dried; (2) using 80 deals of red desmine as basic body and the left one as framework to be mixed in the ratio of 1:4; and using 30-35% water glass and 5-7% silica gel as the adhesive between basic body and framework; both in the temperatures of 80, 110, and 180 Deg. C, all frameworks of drier are dried for 1 hour, to be cooled in drying utensil; (3) mixing 80-3000 deals of red desmine and the product in the step (2), into the mother particles whose diameter is larger than 1mm; and drying them both in 80, 110 and 180 Deg. C to be molded and cooled. The invention has simple process, while the prepared drier can effectively reduce peculiar smell, to keep air fresh. And it can enlarge the application of red desmine to improve its benefits.
