Abstract

The catalytic sensor exports the signal of different and mixed combustible gas that is input to the single chip through the closed loop monitor. The single chip analyses the combustible gas including its kind and viscosity and layouts the result via the DDU. This device adds two metallic polar plates to the catalytic sensor which is exerted different electric fields by the electric field controller through the program control. The closed loop monitor adjusts the working current of the catalytic sensor and outputs the sample signal of the current. The circuit of the single chip exercises the analog-to-digital conversion towards the detecting signal, processes the data and finally layouts the analytical results of the combustible gas through the DDU.
