After the dyeing process is finished, a vacuum suction pump is used to reduce the moisture rate of the cloth down to less than 100%. The dyeing machine is in a complete modular design, and one dyeing machine acts as an individual module. During mass production, by combining the dyeing machine stations of different quantities, the single-pump multi-beam and combined dyeing can be simply and conveniently realized, so as to meet the dyeing requirements of the orders in different batches, improve the batch flexibility of the dyeing machine, and fulfill quick production and on-time delivery.
