Abstract

The cement is one of Portland cement with the strength level more than or equal to 42.5 level or ordinary Portland cement; the fineness of the quartz powder is 320 meshes; the fine sand is 28 to 45 meshes; the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylate water reducing agent, and the steel fiber and the polypropylene are incorporated. The high-strength water resistance plate causes the paste flow property of plate to be good by adopting novel water reducing agent to reach self-leveling molding; the anti-folding strength of plate can be adjusted according to the different volume quantity of the steel fiber, and the anti-folding strength can reach about 20MPa with the water absorption rate being about 1 percent when the volume quantity of steel fiber is 1.5 percent.
