Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for establishing large original soil column system using PVC material and application. The main object of the invention is to research the influence of the water leach and solute in water to ground water in soil-plant system. The PVC pipe is laid on the land surface and knocked, therefore the original soil enters into the PVC pipe and cut down at the bottom of the PVC pipe. At test site, the original soil and PVC pipe are put into the PVC base together, and the bottom of the PVC base is laid with infiltration material and provided with infiltration hole and connected with a collection vessel by silicone tube. A passage is set in the middle of the test site, and original soil columns are disposed in interval at the two sides of the passage wherein the original soil columns are paralleled with the ground and the soil back fills around the column. Finally plants are planted on the original soil column and the infiltration liquid is collected to research the change situation of the solute in soil leaching water. The construction cost and the material cost is low and the operation is simple and convenient, capable of satisfying the test requirement of the agroecosystem.
