Problems solved by technology

[0003] In order to meet the quality of service (Quality of Service, QoS) requirements, in the process of transmitting broadcast and multicast services to each adjacent cell, in order to improve the performance of MBMS transmission, in the prior art, the transmission to each adjacent cell MBMS service data encoding blocks include the same systematic bits and redundant information bits, but because the encoding blocks include the same systematic bits and redundant information, the encoding rate will be reduced, resulting in low spectral efficiency

Abstract

The invention discloses a speed rate matching method, a system and an executing device, which are applied in MBMS (Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service). By utilizing the invention, initial variables in speed rate matching parameters can be described through different foregone redundancy versions of corresponding specific cells, and data information of different redundancy versions can be transmitted in all cells. By utilizing the speed rate matching method, a system and an executing device, the performance and the spectrum effectiveness of the MBMS transmission can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to data transmission technology, in particular to a rate matching method, system and execution device in data transmission based on multimedia broadcast and multicast services. Background technique [0002] Among various mobile packet services, including video-on-demand, TV broadcasting, online teaching and other services, a main feature is that multiple users who subscribe to the service receive the same data at the same time. In order to realize network resource sharing more effectively, the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) introduces Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service (MBMS) technology, enabling one data source to send point-to-multipoint data to multiple users at the same time. Due to the large data traffic and long duration of MBMS services, in order to save air interface resources, the general mobile communication system network has introduced three new logical channels supporting point-to-multipoint transmi...
