The technological method has a technical proposal that the injected gas is injected into the cylinder by a gas inlet valve; when opening a high pressure water pump, the water in the water tank is pressed into the cylinder, and with the decrease of the gas space in the cylinder the gas pressure increases; when the gas pressure in the cylinder is higher than the injection pressure, the gas inlet valve closes; when the gas pressure in the cylinder is higher than the gas pressure in the oil-gas well, the gas outlet valve opens and the injected gas is injected into the well by a wellhead device; when the water outlet valve at the bottom of the cylinder is opened, water is pressed into another cylinder; the gas inlet valve of the front cylinder automatically opens for inspiration; the gas in the back cylinder is compressed; and the pressure is thus increased; when the pressure is higher than the pressure in the well, the gas is pressed into the oil-gas well, and consequently the injection is realized by repeating the process.
