The method of the invention comprises: the data packet of a UDP odd port is obtained in the collected voice data packet and a RTCP data packet is obtained by judging the version number and the message type of the data packet of the UDP odd port; the RTCP data packet is decoded to obtain a voice link damage index and an SSRC mark; a voice link corresponding to the RTCP data packet is confirmed by utilizing the port of the RTCP data packet and the SSRC mark; the voice link damage index is utilized to analyze the corresponding voice link. The invention provides a voice analyzing system and a voice collecting front-end device. When the invention carries out high flow voice data analyzing, the analyzing process is simple, fast and accurate.
