Problems solved by technology

However, due to the complex process of coating the surface of the armature iron core, not only the technical standards required are high, but the investment in equipment is large, which is usually impossible for small and medium-sized enterprises; Serious equipment investment, large energy consumption, serious
The consistency of the split-type armature core cannot be guaranteed during assembly, and it takes a lot of time to adjust the balance and assemble the insulating sheet during assembly.
And when the iron core is working, it is easy to produce severe deflection, which will cause friction between the insulating sheet and the magnetic tile, and shorten the life of the motor
In addition, the wall thickness of the end piece is usually more than 0.5mm, which makes the efficiency of the motor low; both the end piece and the insulation piece need to be injection-molded, and the multiple injection molding processes make the operation complicated and the production cost increased

Embodiment

[0023] Referring to Figure 1 and figure 2 , use the injection molding machine 1 connected with the pneumatic accumulator 5 to carry out injection molding on the injection molding surface of the armature core through the following steps:

[0024] Baking material for plastic granules: put the plastic granules into the oven, bake the plastic granules in the oven at a temperature of 100°C for 3.5 hours, and dry them with moisture.

[0025] Heating of plastic granules: take out the dried plastic granules, put them into the storage barrel 3 of the injection molding machine 1 through the feed hopper 2 of the injection molding machine, and heat them to melt to obtain a colloidal plastic. The storage barrel 3 is heated by the heating device on the injection molding machine, and the plastic particles are heated and melted indirectly. The heating temperature of the plastic particles in the storage barrel 3 is 260° C., and the obtained plastic is temporarily stored in the storage barrel....

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of armature core, in particular to an injection molding method which uses an injection molding machine to carry out the injection molding on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the armature core and the wall surface of an enamelling winding trough by the steps as follows: water of plastic drains is dried; subsequently, the plastic drains are arranged in a storage cylinder and heated so as to gain colloid plastic which is temporarily stored in the storage cylinder; an injection molding die used for assembling the armature core is heated and arranged on an injection molding machine; the armature core is heated and assembled inside the injection molding die by specified angle; the injection molding die and a pneumatic energy memorizer are sequentially started, thus leading the plastic temporarily stored in the storage cylinder to be injected onto the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the armature core and the wall surface of the enamelling winding trough; wherein, the injection molding pressure is 70-140MPa and the injection molding time is 3.5-6S; the armature core is cooled in the injection molding die and taken out subsequently. The method of the invention can complete the injection molding of the armature core for one-step, with thin thickness of the injection molding layer and good uniformity of injection molding layer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of armature iron cores of motors, in particular to an injection molding method for armature iron cores. Background technique [0002] Electromagnetic conversion can be formed in the motor, and the winding wire assembled on the armature core is an indispensable part. In order to make the armature core work normally, it is necessary to insulate between the armature core and the winding wire, and the usual practice is to set an insulator on the surface of the armature core. At present, the form of the insulator on the armature iron core is diversified, for example, by coating the surface of the iron core with a paint layer to achieve the insulation effect; or setting the armature iron core as a split armature iron core, that is, the electric The pivot iron core is formed by combining end pieces and insulating pieces. However, due to the complex process of coating the surface of the armature iron core, not onl...
