The invention also relates to the production technique of the silicone-acrylate emulsion which includes the preparation for the nuclear of an organic silicon acrylate polymer and the synthesis of the silicone-acrylate emulsion. The invention has the characteristics of high bonding performance, high resistance to elements, high water resistance, high dirt-resistance, anti-aging, no pollution, unique production technique, short production period, simple operation, low production cost and being suitable for the industrial production in large scale.
