The device comprises: an AC distribution panel, a UPS connected with the AC distribution panel, and a control cabinet connected with the UPS and the AC distribution panel, wherein, the control cabinet comprises a comparative control circuit, a driving circuit and a high-speed silicon controlled static switch; the comparative control circuit sends a control instruction after comparing a received signal with a default reference signal; after receiving the control instruction, the driving circuit controls the high-speed silicon controlled static switch to strobe a corresponding current path which is directly connected with the AC distribution panel or connected with the UPS. Compared with the best technology of the normally used networking mode, the invention has the maximum benefit of reducing the average power consumption of more than 25 percent, also can basically avoid the harmonic interference and save the harmonic treatment expenses; as the hybrid networking equipment preferably selects AC as power, the dependence on the UPS is reduced, therefore, the quantity of the equipped UPS can be reduced, thus having the advantage of reducing the networking equipment investment.
