Embodiment 1

[0045] The preparation process of porous proppant composition CA1 is as follows:

[0046] The molten elemental sulfur is introduced into the alumina porous proppant SA1, and the amount of elemental sulfur introduced is 180% of the weight of the porous proppant. Then tetrabutylthiuram disulfide (TBTD) is mixed with heavy diesel oil, and this mixture is introduced in the porous proppant containing elemental sulfur by impregnation method, and the TBTD consumption is 3% of porous proppant weight, and the heavy diesel oil consumption is porous 20% of proppant weight. Finally, the porous proppant composition CA1 was obtained by treating at 160° C. for 5 hours in a normal-pressure, non-flowing air atmosphere.

Embodiment 2

[0048] The preparation process of porous proppant composition CA2 is as follows:

[0049] Disperse tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) in an organic solvent (a mixture of peanut oil and heavy diesel oil at a weight ratio of 4:1), disperse elemental sulfur in the above mixture, and introduce the mixture into the porous proppant by impregnation In SA2, the introduction amount of elemental sulfur is 60% of the weight of the porous proppant, the amount of TMTD is 2% of the weight of the porous proppant, and the amount of organic solvent is 15% of the weight of the porous proppant. Finally, the porous proppant composition CA2 was obtained by treating at 160° C. for 5 hours in a normal-pressure, non-flowing air atmosphere.

Embodiment 3

[0051] The preparation process of porous proppant composition CA3 is as follows:

[0052] The molten elemental sulfur is introduced into the alumina porous proppant SA3 by impregnation, and the amount of elemental sulfur introduced is 270% of the weight of the porous proppant. Then tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) is dissolved in benzene, and the mixture is introduced into the porous proppant containing elemental sulfur by impregnation method, and the amount of TMTD is 5% of the weight of the porous proppant. Finally, the porous proppant composition CA3 was obtained by treating at 120° C. for 5 hours under normal pressure, in an atmosphere with a volume ratio of water vapor and air of 5:1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrogenation method for hydrocarbons. The hydrogenation method comprises the following steps: placing a porous proppant composition and hydrogenation and dewaxing catalysts in a reactor, activating the hydrogenation and dewaxing catalysts, and hydrogenation and dewaxing reaction, wherein the porous proppant composition comprises a porous proppant, sulfur the weight of which is 20 to 300 percent of that of the porous proppant, an organic solvent the weight of which is 0 to 50 percent of that of the porous proppant and a addition agent the weight of which is 0 to 25.0percent of that of the porous proppant. The mehtod adopts the porous proppant composition to provide a vulcanizing agent for the oxidation state hydrogenation catalyst, can reduce time for the start-up of a device, improve production efficiency, and overcomes the drawback of in situ prevulcanization and can solve the problem of concentrated radiation of ex-situ prevulcanization catalysts. In addition, the method adopts dispersed radiation during an activation process, avoids overhigh local temperature, reduces influences on a molecular sieve and gives full play to catalytic properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a hydrocarbon hydrogenation method, in particular to a hydrocarbon hydrogenation method in the hydrogenation dewaxing process of hydrocarbon raw materials. Background technique [0002] The hydrodewaxing process is generally in the presence of hydrogen, using a suitable reactor form, and under certain operating conditions, the hydrocarbon feedstock and hydrogen are contacted with the hydrodewaxing catalyst. Hydrodewaxing catalysts used in industry are generally supported by refractory oxides such as alumina, silica-alumina, and molecular sieves. One or more of them are active metal components, and these active metal components are dispersed on the carrier in an oxidized state, and during the hydrogenation reaction, the active metal components of the catalyst are in a sulfide state (the metal is in the form of sulfide Existence: Co 9 S 8 、MoS 2 、Ni 3 S 2 、WS 2 etc.) have higher activity and stability. Therefore, presulfi...
