The reactant was settled with excess ether, redissolved in a small amount of chloroform, and settled with excess ether to obtain a white solid. Pure PBLG was obtained by vacuum drying at room temperature for 24 hours. The molecular weight is 5000.

Abstract

The invention pertains to a polyglutamate microballoon sphere with an active surface and a preparation method thereof. A compound with functional groups such as chlorine, nitrine, triple bond, double bond and the like at one end and hydroxide radical at the other end, poly benzyl glutamate and the like are adopted to conduct ester exchange reaction to obtain a copolymer of glutamate with a part of lateral chain activated and then the polyglutamate microballoon sphere with the surface containing functional groups is obtained by an emulsification method. The particle size of the polyglutamate microballoon sphere prepared by the method is 0.5 Mu m to 10 Mu m and the functional group content thereof is 0 percent to 100 percent (with respect to the number of the polyglutamate repetitive units); wherein, the number-average molecular weight of the polyglutamate is 5 thousand to 20 thousand and the hydrolysis degree is less than 1 percent (with respect to the number of the polyglutamate). Theprepared polyglutamate microballoon sphere can be applied to biomedical material fields like medicament carriers, sorbing material, separation and purification of base materials, long-range markers, diagnostic medium and the like.
